General Information
KEEP LEFT
On two-way roads, drive on the left side of the road. On one-way roads, drive on the left side unless signs indicate otherwise. When overtaking, pass on the right side of the vehicle you're overtaking.
WHEN TURNING LEFT
When turning left, keep to the left side of the road. When turning right, move to the center of the road before turning, ensuring you don't obstruct oncoming traffic.
SLOW DOWN
Slow down at junctions, intersections, pedestrian crossings, and road corners. On unregulated main roads, give way to traffic from the right. Always be prepared to stop if necessary.
DIRECTION INDICATORS
Use direction indicators to signal your intentions. Use them when turning, changing lanes, or in emergency situations. Avoid using hand signals when indicators are available.
DO NOT DRIVE
Do not drive against the permitted direction on one-way roads. Do not reverse into one-way roads. Always follow the direction indicated by road signs and markings.
USE THE HORN
Use the horn only when essential for safety. Avoid using the horn in silence zones. Do not use loud, multi-toned, or harsh horns/alarms. Do not alter your vehicle's silencer to make it louder.
DO NOT BRAKE SUDDENLY
Do not brake suddenly unless it's necessary for safety reasons. Sudden braking can cause accidents. Always maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front and brake gradually when possible.
DO NOT CROSS THE YELLOW LINE
Do not cross yellow lines, even while overtaking. Yellow lines indicate no overtaking zones. Use indicator signals before changing lanes on defined roads. Always respect road markings.
